Meeting request email templates → Make yes the easy answer
Every small effort you remove makes a reply more likely.
Put the ask in the subject “Q3 figures by Wednesday?”
Offer specific options “Would Tuesday 2 pm or Thursday 10 am work?”
Accept rough versions “A quick export is fine; no need to format it.”
Give a fallback “If that’s not possible, the June figures will do.”
Estimate the time “It should take about ten minutes.”
Do the preparation “I’ve drafted the email; you’d just need to send it.”
